The following contest rules apply to the Tacoma Condo Tour Contest conducted by KIRO, KTTH & KBSG (the "Stations")

Dates/Terms/Eligibility. The Tacoma Condo Tour Contest (the "Contest") begins Saturday, April 19, 2008 and ends at approximately 6:00 p.m., Sunday, April 20, 2008. The Stations may change the dates or terms of the Contest, including canceling the Contest, without prior notice. Any material changes will be broadcasted on the Stations and posted online on a page at www.MyNorthwest.com (the "Site"). The Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry residing in the State of Washington. There is no purchase necessary to enter to win. A purchase will not increase a contestant's chance of winning. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees or agents of the Stations, Bonneville International Corporation, Best Buy, The Tacoma Condo Tour, any entity associated with the sponsorship or administration of the Contest (collectively, the "Sponsors") or any other television or radio station that transmits a signal for reception anywhere within the State of Washington, as well as members of the same household of the employee or agent, may not participate. Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) winner per household. Winners of any contest or promotion conducted by the Stations during the thirty (30) day period immediately prior to the start of the Contest may not participate.

Entry. Beginning Saturday, April 19, 2008 and continuing through Sunday, April 20, 2008 at approximately 6:00 p.m., contestants must visit at least six (6) participating properties in the Tacoma Condo Tour during regular business hours to pick up a Passport ("Entry Form"). To enter, contestants must get a stamp in their Entry Form from each property by an on-site representative. Once the Entry Form has been stamped by six (6) different properties, the contestant must return it to the Stations at The Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center (1500 Broadway, Tacoma Washington) before 6:00 p.m., Sunday, April 20, 2008. The Stations are not responsible for lost, illegible, misdirected, undelivered, mutilated or incomplete Entry Forms. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Stations and will not be returned.

Selection of Winner. On or about Monday, April 21, 2008, the Stations will select one (1) entry at random from all qualifying entries as the winner of the Contest.

Prize. One (1) prize will be awarded in the Contest. The prize will consist of a 50" Hitachi Plasma HDTV, valued at $2,200. The prize does not include taxes or any other cost or expense not described in these rules. The Stations may substitute the prize with a different prize of comparable value should the original prize be unavailable, regardless of reason. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099-Misc.

Conditions/Restrictions. In exchange for the right to participate in the Contest, each contestant agrees to release and indemnify each of the Sponsors, and the officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees of each of the Sponsors, for, from and against any and all claims, demands or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the contestant's participation in the Contest. Entry into the Contest constitutes permission for each Sponsor and its designees to use the contestant's name, likeness, portrait, voice and biographical material for an unlimited period of time in order to advertise, promote or publicize the Sponsor or the products and services of any of its designees or both. Winner will be required to produce identification satisfactory to the Stations and sign an affidavit of eligibility and a release (including a publicity release) as prepared by the Stations. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate in or win a Contest will be subject to disqualification. The Sponsors are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone or other transmission failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, regardless of cause. The Stations reserve the right in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug or other problem beyond the control of the Stations corrupt the administration, security or proper execution of the Contest.
