'Yacht club' in "Yacht Club Dino" ad

There's an ad running on our station about "Yacht Club Dino" for his appearance at the Port Angeles Yacht Club. As a listener points out, that's quite the swanky yacht club.

    Yeah...
Laughed about that one too, with a pit in my stomach...

    I laughed, as well
When I heard this ad a little while ago, a mental picture of this "yacht club" flashed into my mind. You see, my former in-laws were members of the Oak Harbor Yacht Club.....it was a lot like this one.

I have to admit I'm voting for Rossi...
I'm a moderate but lean pretty well toward Democrat in most areas. I have to honestly say that I'm so disgusted by the tact taken by the Gregoire campaign (and her supporters) that I'm actually voting for Rossi. Granted, this is not my sole reason for voting for Rossi, but the negative campaigning has played a large role in swaying my decision. Granted, I don't feel Rossi is a saint himself as he has also jumped into the negative campaign tact as well... but at least he has had some focus on his own policies and beliefs whereas Gregoire's camp is all negative, all the time.

    Not surprised...
I would laugh, but when I heard this ad today, I thought...I've been to Port Angeles a few times...and I didn't think it was a stuffy place.
  • Wow. What an elitist...
