Interview with M's new manager Don Wakamatsu
The Seattle Mariners are announcing their new skipper, Don Wakamatsu, today.
"My goal is to bring winning to the Seattle area and to the fans," said Wakamatsu.
Dave asked what it takes to get the team to the same level as in 1995. "One word: Belief. Belief at the player level, belief in the organization, the direction we're going in, and belief to the fans," replied Wakamatsu.
In regards to Wakamatsu's experience: "For me, it's about people...I don't care what business you're in. It's about getting guys motivated to play the game."
