Interview: Seattle musician Jason Webley

Webley makes a triumphant return this year to the Bumbershoot music and arts festival and the grounds at the Seattle Center where he cites the beginning of his career as a busker.
Webley's last appearance at Bumbershoot ended with his being arrested after leading a group of concert goers into the central fountain.
What will he pull out for this year's festival?
