Ventana is the name of this new Belltown spot. The place boasts soaring ceilings and nearly floor-to-ceiling wrap around windows. Chef Joseph Conrad has designed a seasonally-inspired menu with dishes like Carlton Farms pork spare ribs with a pomegranate glaze and minted watermelon salad with cacao nibs and truffle oil.
