Hair of the Dog (or the radio host)
by Mike Salk
As I mentioned a couple of times over the past week or two, my wife has recently become insistent that I add a little "style" to my life. Essentially, she wants me to put a little effort (and money) into my hair and my clothes. So, with that in mind, I decided to make an appointment at Flint Men's Grooming in Bellevue. Sure, it was more than the $15 I've usually paid, but the experience made it worth it.
Oh, and while I was at it, she wanted me to do a little extra hair removal. Now, I've been blessed with a full head of hair. And that's great. But unfortunately, it also means I have a body full of it also. So, I also asked for a back waxing while I was there. It hurt like a you-know-what. But I made it through...and now you can see the painful results:
Anyway, I had a great experience at Flints. The place has a great "manly" feel to it without going over the top. As much as it pains me to say it, my wife was right.

Brock Huard played football for his father, Mike, at Puyallup High School before moving on to the University of Washington. There Brock erased older brother Damon's name on several season and career passing records. Brock spent the first three years of his professional career with the Seahawks before being traded to Indianapolis. He rejoined the Seahawks in 2004 and ended his career that season.
