"You know I've just got to get these coaches to realize, like...'throw me the ball!' That's why I'm out here practicing the way I'm practicing. Maybe I've said it too much, I'm just going to show them now."

It's become the can't miss interview for us media types every Friday inside the Seahawks locker room after the final practice of the week.
T.J. Houshmandzadeh spoke with the media for almost 10 minutes today. Talking about why good owners in the NFL are important, how he is learning that Seattle is under the radar on the national scene compared to his last team, who is his biggest surprise after 5 weeks in the NFL this season, why he voluntarily worked on the practice squad this week, how Edgerrin James is one of the best teammates he's ever had and is also a good father, and how he matches up against Dominic Rogers Cromartie
It's a great listen! T.J. Houshmandzadeh with the media after practice.
