Jim Mora will not dwell on the debacle in Indianapolis. And that was his message to the players in Monday's team meeting.
"We're not where we want to be, and we didn't expect to be here. We have to find a way to look forward and get better from this point on, and that's what out sights are set on," Mora said.

Hasselbeck Might Practice
Coach is hopeful Matt Hasselbeck can practice for the Seahawks Wednesday, saying "No promise that he'll play on Sunday," even if he can go during practice this week.
"We'll see where he is Wednesday. I think if he can do some things, that will give him a little bit more confidence, and then he can do a little more Thursday, a little bit for Friday, and hopefully be ready to go Sunday. But we just have to wait and see how he does Thursday," Mora said.
If Matt can go, how conservative will Mora and Greg Knapp be with the play calling, to keep him safe and avoid taking a hit that could further aggravate the rib injury? Mora says they don't have to limit the playbook, but they have to be that much better with protection. "We have to make sure we take care of the edge. We have don't have to limit what we do, but we have to be certain of what we do. We have to make sure we don't give a short corner to the defensive end to get to him," Mora said.
Injury Updates
Rob Sims (ankle) will be out for possibly two games.
Patrick Kerney (groin strain) is doubtful for this week.
Josh Wilson (high ankle sprain) will be able to practice and should play Sunday at close to full strength.
Lofa Tatupu (hamstring) checked out fine after playing Sunday.
Brandon Frye (groin) made it through the Colts game without aggravating the injury.
It is still unclear if Walter Jones will be able to take part in any team activity this week.
Sean Locklear (high ankle sprain) is still looking at a return after the bye.
