Fire forces evacuations in Queen Anne
KIRO Radio
Neighbors helped each other evacuate from a fire in a Seattle apartment building Wednesday morning.
The fire forced residents of a 29-unit Queen Anne neighborhood apartment complex to evacuate.
Investigators say the fire started in one of the units, of the apartment complex at 1000 Queen Anne Avenue North, around 2:30 am.
No injuries were reported, although the two people who lived in the unit where the fire began were evaluated for smoke inhalation. There's no word yet on what started the fire.
